These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vio (https://www.viodigitalstore.com), operated by Vio Manufacturer India LLP("we", "us", "Vio"). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform & services

Vio connects customers with independent home-service technicians and sells related products. We facilitate booking, payments, and support but technicians performing on-site work are independent contractors, not employees of Vio.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
• One person or business may not maintain multiple abusive accounts.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Bookings & payments

Prices shown at checkout are estimates until a technician accepts a job. Payments are processed via Razorpay in INR. Cancellation, refund, and return rules are set out in our Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Technicians

Technicians must complete verification and admin approval where required. Subscription plans, payouts, and conduct standards are described in the technician dashboard. Vio may withhold payouts during dispute investigations.

Product orders

Product listings, availability, and delivery timelines are as shown on each product page. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, harass technicians or staff, or post unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass payments or fees
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform systems

Disputes

Report service or order issues from your account within the windows stated in our policies. We will review evidence from customers and technicians and may issue refunds or account actions as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking or order, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
