Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through the Vio shop. On-demand home services are delivered at your location by assigned technicians and are not covered by product shipping timelines below.

Delivery areas

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Availability is confirmed at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment is captured.

Processing time

• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order or bulk items: Processing may take 3–7 business days. Estimated timelines are shown on the product page where applicable.

Shipping methods & timelines

Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners. Typical transit times after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–10 business days
• Remote or north-east regions: up to 14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before you pay. Free shipping offers, when available, apply only to eligible products and pin codes shown on the product or cart page.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order from My Orders in your account. Tracking details and courier name are shared by email/SMS when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Delivery verification

For high-value or verified-delivery orders, you may be asked to share an OTP or sign on delivery. Please inspect the package at delivery and note visible damage on the courier receipt before accepting.

Undelivered or failed attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply. Contact us within 48 hours if your order shows delivered but you have not received it.
