- Payment data: transaction references via Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers
- Technician KYC: identity documents and verification photos where applicable

How we use it
We use personal data to:
- Provide bookings, product orders, and customer support
- Process payments, refunds, and technician payouts
- Send OTPs, booking updates, and service notifications (email/SMS)
- Verify technicians and prevent fraud

Sharing
Customers and assigned technicians see only information needed to complete a job or delivery. We share data with trusted processors (payments, messaging, cloud storage, maps) under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as required for tax, legal, and dispute records. Account deletion requests are processed per our support workflow; some records may be retained where law requires.
