Refund Policy

Vio facilitates payments for home services and product orders. Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy, applicable law, and the payment method used at checkout (processed via Razorpay).

Service bookings

  • Before technician assignment: Full refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
  • After assignment / en route: Cancellation fees may apply as shown at booking time. Any eligible balance is refunded.
  • After service started: Refunds are considered only for verified quality issues, no-shows, or disputes raised within 7 days of job completion via your bookings page.
  • Pay at site / COD: No online charge applies; any prepaid deposit follows the same eligibility rules above.

Product orders

  • Cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Return approved: Refund is initiated after the product is received and inspected per our Return Policy.
  • Partial delivery or missing items: Refund or replacement for the affected items after verification.
  • Damaged in transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Eligible orders receive refund or replacement.

Non-refundable items

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Services completed to satisfaction with no valid dispute
  • Products marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Installed, used, or tampered items unless defective
  • Digital vouchers or consumables once delivered/used

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank and card networks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster. You will receive email confirmation when a refund is initiated.

Coupons & discounts

If a coupon was applied, the refundable amount is the net amount paid. Promotional credits are not cash-redeemable unless explicitly stated.

Raise a dispute from your booking or order page, or contact help@viodigitalstore.com. We may temporarily hold technician payouts while investigating.
